Research on Optimization of Warehousing System Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Order Index Method

This paper discusses the issues of how to improve systematic problems such as unreasonable warehouse layout, non-standard warehousing operation, incorrect inventory counting method, and imperfect information. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is adopted analyze factors affecting picking efficiency, while Cube-Order Index (COI) for optimizing storage location, which planned according turnover rate goods. It tries figure out future development trend management efficiency operation improving competitiveness enterprises.
